Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For domestic deliveries we have two methods of shipping. Standard shipping which takes 3-5 days and next day delivery.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?
We aim to guarantee that your order arrives as promptly as possible.
Once your order has been submitted successfully before 2pm, our warehouse processes it the same business day. It is then selected, packaged, and shipped. You will get an email with your shipment’s tracking information and an anticipated delivery date after it has been shipped.
Your order should arrive between two to five business days, depending on the shipping option you choose. No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or bank holidays.
Please note that our typical shipping timeframes are estimations that may vary due to external causes outside Daniel Wellington’s and our courier’s control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, technological malfunctions, customs delays, etc.
Additionally, please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during promotional programs.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and more. We also accept Apple pay and Google pay.

How do I place an Order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Please get in touch with us if you wish to cancel your order.
If we are unable to process the requested cancellation because the shipment has already been sent, we will call our courier to return the box to our warehouse. Please be aware that the courier may not cancel and continue with the delivery.
Only once the product has been returned to our warehouse will we be able to complete the cancellation.
How Can I Change My Order?
After submitting an order, we are unable to modify the items or quantity specified.
In this circumstance, please contact us to cancel the wrong order.
Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order on our website, with the correct item(s), at your own convenience.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive the email as we process the order or you can contact us anytime.
How Can I Return a Product?
Contact our customer service agent by submitting a ticket in your account or by sending an email to support@luxreatelier.com Specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Place the item(s) in their original packaging and firmly seal the package.
- Deliver your parcel to the nearest post office.
- As soon as we get your delivery, we will swiftly arrange an exchange or refund your account in accordance with our return policy.
