Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with the things you have received, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for the vast majority of items in new condition. In the event of a dispute about the refund amount for any Returns, your reimbursement will be based on the merchandise value listed on the original purchase receipt.

Generally, customers should be responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.

We would refund to your original payment method.

How do I return?

Contact our customer service agent by submitting a ticket in your account or by sending an email to services@luxreatelier.com. Specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

– Place the item(s) in their original packaging and firmly seal the package.

– Deliver your parcel to the nearest post office.

– As soon as we get your delivery, we will swiftly arrange an exchange or refund your account in accordance with our return policy.

Return Conditions

– You have 14 days to determine if a product is right for you; if not, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

– Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed.

– We do not accept things that were returned directly by you without first contacting us.

Defective Product

If you have a quality issue to report, please contact our customer service staff within seven business days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return and refund procedure.

The consumer is responsible for returned items until we get them. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transport.  As the package remains your responsibility until it reaches its destination, you should get proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return. We are not liable for any things accidentally returned to us. If we are able to identify the things and you would like them returned, you may be responsible for the shipping costs.

We cannot refund any taxes or duties imposed by the customs border agency.
